The fruit was hand-picked from old vines in king horse single vineyard. It's old vines were planted in 1969 in Hunter Valley. An elegant exuberant fruit and marmalade aromas. The dark red colour with purple overtones produces a forceful and delicious wine of huge intensity. This wine has excellent potential for careful cellaring up to 10 years.
